Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. For orders shipped to the European Union, our postage and packaging charges include pre-paid import duties, taxes, and handling fees wherever possible. This is reflected in our higher shipping costs and is intended to ensure a smooth delivery experience with no additional charges on arrival.

While we make every effort to ensure that all applicable fees are paid in advance, there may be exceptional circumstances where your local customs authority or delivery provider applies additional charges once your order reaches its destination.
